Block work on the showhome is now complete. Concrete floors have been poured and gallery structure commenced.
Manufacture of trusses and erection underway.

Construction has commenced on Lot 12 Showhome. Due for completion late 2010, the block work and foundations are well underway.
Recreation Centre Completed

The Recreation Centre was completed before Christmas. Minor remedial works are currently underway for close out.

As promised the clients were in before Christmas, with the grass striking just before BBQ season.

The Recreation Centre nearing completion. Due for a soft opening on the 15 December 2009, things are progressing well towards this goal. The pool finishes are underway, interior fit off of electrical and plumbing has commenced, and finishes and furnishings ready for delivery.
Hunter Road is almost complete

Hunter Road is in the final stages of completion before the owner moves in. Remedial works and commissioning are being carried out, along with the final clean then ready for living!
Wyuna Recreation Centre Near Completion

Construction of the Recreation Centre started in April 2009. Facilities include two lap pools and paddling pool, spa pool, a gym, changing facilities and outdoor relaxation areas that include outdoor fire, a fully equipped kitchen and function area.
