Aro-Ha is an ambitious project that is to be a self sustainable health and wellness retreat. It will become completely off grid – using solar and hydro engergy, along with producing most of it’s food on site. This concept has been in the making for some time and Triplestar along with all of the consultants to date are proud to finally see the vision begin.

The construction of the road from lot 34 down to the Queenstown-Glenorchy highway is underway with some visible progress being made. The road is being created at the southern end of the Wyuna Preserve for ease of access for trades and for eventual clients to the retreat.

Site offices have been set up on 31.

Arrowtown School Extension

The extension of two new classrooms and upgrade of the Performing Arts Space is underway. Concepts are being developed and construction is set to start late 2011 for completion early 2012.

Triple Star Management has had a very busy past few months with some very exciting projects being developed.

The office has been re-located and is now situated looking out towards the Remarkables range – which is fantastic (the views are amazing!). If you are looking to stop by we are at level 1 Von House, Remarkables Park Town Center. Our new phone number is 03 441 8064 and our fax is 03 441 8069.

Lot 12 Showhome Completed

Lot 12 Showhome construction is now complete. Landscaping is starting to develop and this unique setting is shown in all its glory.

Recreation Centre Completed

The Recreation Centre was completed before Christmas. Minor remedial works are currently underway for close out.
