Triple Star Management are providing a contracted Project Director role to Coffey Projects for this 13 level new Novotel Hotel. The $32,000,000 construction contract is completed and working through close out.
Peters role was to provide knowledge and support to the project team to ensure the project is a success for the international client. The role includes:
- Risk assessment and analysis
- Motivating stakeholders to ensure the projects success
- Finanical overview and accountability
- Value Engineering
- Comprehensive reporting
