Project Manager on the $20m Novotel Hotel refurbishment in downtown Queenstown. The project involved keeping the hotel open and operational whilst adding another level of rooms to the three existing accommodations wings of the hotel and completely rebuilding teh reception, restaurant and bar areas. The work was carried out throughout winter by engineering a temporary roof to mitigate any weather related issues and delays.
Key challenges on this project included:
