Triple Star were engaged as project and construction managers for this small boutique bar cafe fit out.
This fit out involved the extension of an existing under utalised tenancy space that backed on to a redundant service area. The small cafe floor area required a challenging design and layout to accommodate the full kitchen, bar and seating requirements, as well as two new toilets.
The location, reloaction and termination of existing servives within the area proved a real challange. The result is a funky little cafe/bar that utalises an otherwise ineffective sapce and has created a successful little business.
