Lynch House is a 200m2 two story residental home in downtown Queenstown. Delivered on a fixed price contract. Roz has been involved with designing the interior of the kitchen and bathrooms and procuring the suppliers and manufacturers.
Having sub divided the centrally located Queenstown property, the existing home on the front of the site created constructioon challenges due to site restrictions.
The clients had a large input into the design and development of the house making a lot of decisions as the house was being built. Our flexible but structured approach allows the client to make changes and decisions during the construction phase and they pay the real cost.
