Khandallah House, Wellington is a 3 level 700m2 home located high in hills with commanding views of Wellington Harbour.

Peter took on a full construction delivery role on this project. At a difficult stage in construction, in consultation with the owner, Peter replaced the current contractor. He brought on a new, enthusiastic and relevantly experienced team to see this unique and challenging home through to completion

Everything to do with this design was unique from the joinery factory set up specifically to manufacture all the interior and exterior doors and windows, to the 122 lead light window panes required to close them in. The interior walls comprised venetian stucco over a level 5 plaster finish, walnut herringbone parquet floors, marble bathrooms and specially designed hardware.

The project was a challenge but the outcome is a testament to this involved in seeing it through to the end.

What was said:

"At times the project was not easy, but at all times Peter gave the project his undivided attention. The result speaks for itself and is a testament to his obvious hardwork and dedication."
