Triple star are undertaking a full project and construction management role. There is a full time specialist carpentry team of ten and a selection of specialist subcontractors from both Glenorchy and Queenstown.
Wyuna Preserve- At the head of lake Wakatipu is a 34 lot residential development set in rural landscape with outstanding views of surrounding mountains and lake. Along with extensive infrastructure, a Gatehouse, Recreation Centre and Show Home are under construction.
With the completion of the Boat Shed and the Recreation Centre, Wyuna is well established and moving into the house development stage. The construction of Lot 12 Showhome has commenced with a completion date of Oct 2010. The rural theme of the development is unique in its use of locally quarried stone, selections of timbers and the use of materials and colours that are sympathetic to the surrounding environment.
The key to the project is the quality of design being reflected in the quality of the build. Triple Star are working alongside the project architects, landscape architects, and Structural Engineers.
