Triple Star completed the construction of the Preserve Club House and Boatshed in December 2009. The building comprises a private bar, lounge and kitchen with a gymnasium, male and female changing areas, a spa pool and an outdoor area comprising heated lap pool, outdoor fire and bbq area. The materials used include local Mt Judah schist, polished concrete, macrocarpa board and batten, cedar internal wall linings, reccylcled douglas fir trusses and macrocarpa ship lap ceiling sarking.
