Shiel Street Residential Subdivision - Glenorchy
This project involves the management of a sixty lot subdivision including three local purpose reserves, five access lots and a balance lot as well as extensive servicing, 1.4km of roading and right of ways, 40,000m3 of earthworks, footpaths and landscaping.
Specifically, Triple Stars role has been to oversee the consenting, civil construction, land surveying and the issue of titles.
Stages 1, 2 and 3 of this development have been completed with titles for the first 47 lots now issued.
The titles for Stage 4 (13 lots) are due to be issued in early 2024, with a number of these lots already sold.
